Request an Insert Service Quote

Complete the form below with details of your new timber decking, board dimensions, quantities and project requirements. GripDeck® will review the information and prepare a quotation for applying our factory-bonded anti-slip inserts.

Important: The GripDeck® Insert Service is only suitable for new timber decking. Existing or previously installed decking boards cannot normally be accepted for this service.

Information to Include

Providing the following details will help us assess the timber and prepare an accurate quotation. It is fine to submit the form if some information is not yet available.

Timber Species

Tell us whether the boards are softwood, hardwood, thermally modified timber or another timber species.

Board Dimensions

Include the board thickness, width, profile and individual lengths where known.

Quantity Required

Provide the total number of boards, linear metres or a cutting list for the project.

Board Profile

Confirm whether the timber is smooth or grooved and whether suitable insert grooves will already be machined.

Insert Layout

Tell us whether two or three anti-slip inserts are required, if this has already been specified.

Collection or Delivery

Let us know how the timber will arrive at our Essex factory and whether onward delivery is required after manufacture.

Timber preparation: In most cases, the decking should arrive already machined to its finished board profile. Where the timber is being specially machined by a mill, we generally recommend having the anti-slip insert grooves cut at the same time. If suitable smooth boards are supplied without insert grooves, GripDeck® may be able to cut the required grooves before applying the inserts.
