Delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on your postcode, product dimensions and order weight.

We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery day for your order. Someone must be on site to accept and unload the delivery. Drivers will not unload – unloading is the responsibility of the customer. You must have sufficient manpower or a forklift and be able to unload within 20 minutes of the lorry arriving.

  1. Deliveries are kerbside only; decking is too long to pallet-truck off the lorry.
  2. Most deliveries are on 18-tonne vehicles – please check access.
  3. Request smaller vehicles in advance (subject to availability and surcharge).
  4. Provide clear directions/landmarks for named houses or rural locations.
  5. Standard delivery window: 9am–5pm, Monday–Friday.
  6. Drivers are not insured to allow the public onto the vehicle bed.
  7. Redelivery charges may apply if unloading exceeds 20 minutes.

Please contact us before ordering if access or unloading may be an issue. We may be able to arrange Hi-Ab or dedicated deliveries at additional cost.

Currently we cannot deliver via the online shop to: Highlands and Islands, Offshore, Northern Ireland, Guernsey and Jersey.
